Established in 1987, Kingsport Heating and Air Conditioning is locally owned and operated by Rick Millsap. Mr. Millsap is a native of East Tennessee, having lived in the Bloomingdale area of Kingsport during his childhood and graduated from Ketron High School. He began working as a service technician with another heating and air company in 1972. His dream to own his own business became a reality in 1987 when Kingsport Heating and Air Conditioning officially opened for business. His goal was and remains, “To be the best heating and air conditioning company in the area”.
